Treasure hunting in November

Treasure hunting in November..

Winter has always been my favourite time of year to go beach combing and if I get a wet/rainy day it makes for the ultimate adventure as it removes the salty frost, which coats everything on the beach, and allows the sea glass to pop amongst the rocks.

This time of year the beaches start to replenish themselves with lots of treasures and other marine debris from lack of tourists (and your average local doesn't want to venture out in the cold) and more turbulent weather.

This handful is from last week (Mid November) and is a perfect example of a typical day at my fav spot!
